At Freesia.Health, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged at the full consultation fee.

• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the booking link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly at hello@freesia.health.
