We offer integrative health consultations for individuals looking to improve their well-being through evidence-informed naturopathic care. Services include:
Initial Naturopathic Consultation (60–90 mins): A comprehensive health review. Common areas we support include digestion, stress, hormonal balance, fatigue, skin health, immune support, and metabolic health.
Return Consultations (30–45 mins): Ongoing care and plan adjustments.
Acute Consultations (15–20 mins): Short consults for existing clients for minor or recent complaints to address simple, self-limiting conditions such as common cold or flu, mild digestive upset, headaches, mild skin irritation, sleep disturbances.

Your first consultation is a deep dive into your current health concerns, medical history, diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and more. We’ll work collaboratively to develop a personalised plan that may include diet and lifestyle recommendations, nutritional supplements, or herbal support.

Yes. Freesia.Health is a telehealth clinic. All consultations are conducted securely online, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home—available to clients worldwide, except for the USA and Canada due to regulatory restrictions.

Naturopathic services are not currently covered under Medicare. At present, most private health insurers in Australia do not provide rebates for naturopathy. However, this is expected to change.
The Australian Government’s 2024 Natural Therapies Review has recommended reinstating private health insurance rebates for naturopathy, and policy updates are currently in progress.
We recommend checking directly with your private health insurance provider to see if your policy includes any cover for naturopathic services. If required, we can provide an invoice or receipt that you may submit for claiming (if eligible).

No referral is required. You can book directly via our website for any of our consultation types.

Yes. I am a fully qualified pharmacist registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). Although naturopathy is not currently a registered profession under AHPRA in Australia, I am a qualified clinical naturopath and maintain an active professional membership with the Complementary Medicine Association (CMA).
At Freesia.Health, we follow the AHPRA Code of Conduct for health practitioners and operate within a clearly defined scope of practice. Our approach combines the best of scientific evidence with holistic, person-centred care.
